Baked Veggies

Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic, minced

Olive oil or butter

1 tsp salt and pepper

Some spices

Yogurt sauce (optional)

Chose 3 or more

1-3 potatos

1 red bell pepper

1 zucchini

1/2 squash

N

1-2 beets

1 sweet potato

1 broccoli head

1 cauliflower head

Make

  1. Dice everything, mince garlic
  2. Put in bowl and rub with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle with spices (season with your heart)
  3. Spread on baking sheet, then bake at 375°F or like, 200°C
  4. Bake until soft (45 ish minutes), check every 15 minutes
  5. Eat however you want. Doused in yogurt sauce, over pasta with cheese, with koftas and rice. With your hands. The options are endless.
