Baked Veggies
Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Olive oil or butter
1 tsp salt and pepper
Some spices
Yogurt sauce (optional)
Chose 3 or more
1-3 potatos
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1/2 squash
1-2 beets
1 sweet potato
1 broccoli head
1 cauliflower head
Make
- Dice everything, mince garlic
- Put in bowl and rub with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle with spices (season with your heart)
- Spread on baking sheet, then bake at 375°F or like, 200°C
- Bake until soft (45 ish minutes), check every 15 minutes
- Eat however you want. Doused in yogurt sauce, over pasta with cheese, with koftas and rice. With your hands. The options are endless.
